Origin of the Temple Light of Orient

Reverendo Nakahashi

After Meishu Sama’s passage for the divine world, on February 10th, 1955 Rev. Nakahashi came to Brazil in company of Rev. Shoda with the purpose of publishing the Divine Teachings here, in agreement with Meishu Sama’s received orientation.

Like this then, for 17 years it was possible to accomplish the diffusion work freely, in a special way, in Paraná, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo where the central headquarters of the World Messianic Church was established, in Brazil.

After that period, the administrative interferences of Japanese headquarters were begun, so much in the material part as in the spiritual and there was not more way of continuing the popularization as it was done before. In that time, the second spiritual leader, Nidai Sama, had chosen some Teachings, more or less five percent of the total, and established as officials for the Messianic.

Not accepting that orientation, some followers, among them Rev. Nakahashi, separated of the Japanese central administration and they adopted an independent segment.
Today in Japan there are already more than thirty Churches following that line. In Brazil, they are little. Among them, the Temple Light of Orient, founded on June 15th, 1973 with headquarters in São Paulo, now located in the Rua Itapicuru, 851, in the neighborhood of Perdizes.

The Temple Light of Orient has as main objective to publish the largest possible number of the Teachings revealed by God to Meishu Sama. It maintains, on the other hand, the concern of translating according to them the originals left by the Great Master. In fact, the Temple Light of Orient seeks, to proceed according to Teachings, to accomplish Meishu Sama’s will that always wanted to transmit to the humanity finds out true knowledge on the origin of the diseases and the correct way about curing them and, as result, to build a full world of health, prosperity and peace.
